MARCH & ROSE is a family group founded by Louise Marchand, gathering experience in recruitment, coaching, and professional training in France and Luxembourg.

The firm also collaborates with a network of experienced consultants and certified professional coaches, enabling it to work with various types of national and international organizations.

We provide individual or collective interventions based on our clients' projects and, when needed, offer remote support for individual follow-ups.

Our supervision

For every collective or individual intervention, we include supervision sessions with a certified professional.

This means that our coaches and consultants each have sessions with a supervisor for their practice, who is trained and certified in supervision. This guarantees a higher perspective on their guidance thanks to this back-office collaboration with a third party.

This element ensures our clients that they are working with professionals who, themselves, are engaged in a reflective process, with a space for consideration and collaboration regarding their approach, to provide you with the best services.
